The Africa and African Diaspora Conference is a Pan African Conference that will bring global representatives (from the African continent and from all regions in the world where people of African descent are found) to South Africa to revisit the ground-breaking decisions of the 1945 Manchester Conference, and

  • Assess how far the vision of the Manchester Conference was pursued
  • Critically reflect on current challenges facing people of African descent where they find themselves;
  • Critically reflect on the common political, economic, and spiritual challenges they face globally and on the resurgence of racism against people of African descent globally; and
  • Develop action-oriented implementable strategies focused on liberating Africans and Africans in the Diaspora politically, economically, and spiritually.
